Is HHC legal?
HHC is not specifically mentioned or restricted in the laws, and in the European Union, industrial hemp products with a THC content of less than 0.3% are considered legal. (This question was poised to the monster of justice in ireland and is clarified here The Total THC threshold was originally < 0.2%, but as of January 2023, it was raised to < 0.3%.
Do your products have test results?
Yes, all of our products are tested for potency and quality. All of our test results (called COA’s) are posted on the Lab Results page of our website. You will also notice that on each product there is a unique QR code sticker. This sticker can be scanned using the camera on your phone to bring up the specific test results for that product’s batch. A proper test result should always have a QR code that brings you to the original test, to ensure that the results are legitimate.
How do I interpret a COA (Certificate of Analysis) aka test result?
COAs provide a plethora of pertinent information about your product, but when you first see one, it may seem daunting to know what you are looking at. What is the difference between “hemp” and “marijuana/cannabis”?
Hemp (or “industrial hemp”) is the same plant species as Cannabis sativa L with one main key difference. Industrial Hemp varieties are cultivated to produce less than 0.3% total THC on a dry weight basis. All of our products are made with “industrial hemp” (Cannabis Sativa L). What is the difference between HHC and HHCp?
HHC (Hexahydrocannabinol) and HHCp (Hexahydrocannabinol propyl) are both cannabinoids derived from the hemp plant. They are similar in structure but differ in their chemical composition. HHCp, is a variation of HHC with a slightly altered structure, making it significantly more potent and longer-lasting than HHC. How do I know what my dosage should be?
There has not been enough research published to definitively say the specific mg needed for each specific type of ailment. Each person’s journey with cannabinoid products is a personalized exploration, and leads to varying preferences. When consuming hemp edibles, the tried and true route is typically to start low and slow and work your way up as you see fit (you can always take more). Our gummies can be fairly potent, so we recommend cutting them smaller for your first time, starting around 20-25mg and working your way up from there. For vape products, take modest puffs and wait a few minutes to assess the effects before vaping more.
If I consume your products will It show up on a urine/drug test?
Most of our products have 0% THC so theoretically should not show up on a drug test, but cannabis drug tests are specifically testing for the metabolites of delta-9 THC in the body, which is 11 hydroxy THC. While it has been proposed that HHC will not turn into this metabolite once ingested, for now we recommend that it is not worth the risk if you are concerned about it, especially if your job depends on it.

What if I am taking other medications?
While hemp cannabinoids are generally known to be very safe with little to no harsh side effects, there is the potential that it could interfere with the effectiveness of some medications. Consult your healthcare provider if you are taking any prescription medications before using hemp cannabinoids. We want all of our clients to feel fully safe, informed, and empowered as they begin their hemp journey.
